Return Policy:

For quality-related issues:

• 0-30 days after the date of purchase: 30-day money-back guarantee for quality-related issues. Just return your intact and undamaged Inateck product package and receive a full refund for ANY reason. (Tax refund is not included for international shipment outside of US.)
• 31 days – 6 month: We provide a NEW ITEM OR FULL REFUND. Resending shipping fee is covered by us if any. Reminder: Be sure to use your product properly as directed.
• 6 months-12 months: We provide a NEW ITEM with PARTIAL FEE OR PARTIAL REFUND.Resending shipping fee is covered by us if any Reminder: Be sure to use your product as directed.
• Lifetime tech support: We provide permanent technical support for those products that have exceeded the warranty.

For Non quality-related issues:

• 0-7 days after the date of purchase: 7-day money-back guarantee for non quality-related issues.  Just return your intact and undamaged Inateck product package by paying return postage yourself, then you will receive a full item refund for ANY reason. (Tax refund is not included for international shipment outside of US.)
• 8 days – 12 month: Return for replacement or refund are not supported.

Limitation:

• Our returns and exchange service is limited to all purchases made from Inateck official, including our official sites, amazon and eBay store, etc. If you purchased through a retailer, please contact them directly. (Unauthorized reselling of Inateck products is prohibited.)
• Warranty-related shipping costs are only covered in the US. If outside the US, you can either return the item and pay the return shipping cost, or receive a 50% refund of the item’s purchase price if not returning the item.
