How we handle returns, by issue type and purchase date.
30-day money-back guarantee. Just return your intact and undamaged Inateck product package and receive a full refund for ANY reason. (Tax refund is not included for international shipments outside of the US.)
We provide a new item or a full refund. Resending shipping fee is covered by us if any. Reminder: be sure to use your product properly as directed.
Lifetime tech support. We provide permanent technical support even for products that have exceeded the warranty period.

- Our returns and exchange service is limited to purchases made from Inateck official channels, including our official sites and Amazon and eBay stores, etc. If you purchased through a retailer, please contact them directly. (Unauthorized reselling of Inateck products is prohibited.)
- Inateck’s limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.
